Online policy

Free shipping for all orders over $200.00 (before tax) within Canada. For orders under $200.00 (before tax) there will be a $20.00 shipping fee. For Express orders there is an additional $25.00 charge.

Online Returns
You may return new and unused garments within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in the original method of payment. All garments must have tags. All items being returned need to be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number. To obtain that number, please e-mail and request an RMA form. Please be prepared to provide style number, size, reason for return, or order confirmation number. Return Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days on the items specified. Cartons containing returns may not weigh more than 40lbs. Returns are shipped at your expense.

Online Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. You may exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. The garment must be in new and unused condition with tags. For exchanges please contact or you can visit our Blaklader Workwear Location in Vaughan with your original receipt. Exchanges are shipped at your expense, there is a flat $20.00 shipping fee for the new item to be shipped to you. *All Clearance items are final, no exceptions.

Warranty Claims
Blaklader will cover ripping or tearing of seams caused by normal wear and tear for the lifetime of the garment. Blaklader will also cover premature failure of any of our products caused by defect in the original materials and workmanship. Blaklader has the right to reimburse for minor repairs or replace any defective merchandise at Blaklader’s option and expense. Any product that is no longer in production and cannot be repaired will be replaced with a comparable Blaklader product. Other than the seams, Blaklader does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear. Since all apparel has an expected service life, normal wear and tear (including zippers and other hardware) misuse, neglect, or obvious abuse of the garment are not covered. Blaklader assumes no liability for garments that have had alterations, embroidery, or other ornamentation added to the garment. If you have a warranty claim please email .
